Hi! I’m Samantha, a Hormone Nutritionist and strength-focused coach helping women 40+ build muscle, balance hormones, and master their macros — without restriction, confusion, or burnout.
With over 20 years in the health and nutrition space, I’ve helped thousands of women transform their energy, metabolism, and confidence through simple, sustainable strategies that actually work.
Fitness and movement has been essential in my life. From gymnastics and high level soccer as a kid, to getting started with weight training in my twenties, to teaching yoga, pilates and kickboxing, I have loved being active, both in and out of the gym.
As a woman, I’ve navigated my share of hormonal ups and downs — including a miscarriage that led to early perimenopause and an autoimmune Hashimoto’s diagnosis. Through it all, movement and nutrition became my anchors, helping me heal, restore balance, and truly thrive again.
